cancellation policy

Please note a 24 hour cancellation policy: Sessions cancelled / rescheduled within 24 hours are subject to full payment of the scheduled session. Last-minute cancellations cannot be refunded or used as credit.

Late arrival

Please note that arriving late to your session may result in a shorter appointment so as to not penalize the client’s booking after you. Clients who are over 20 minutes late will be asked to reschedule their appointment and will be charged a cancellation fee.
